01 — Overview
Sloane advises publicly and privately held companies, regulated institutions in the banking, insurance, and financial markets sectors, as well as their intermediaries; family-owned groups; nonprofit organizations (foundations, associations); corporate governance bodies; and executives.
Our practice is selective, tailored, and designed to support complex long-term trajectories, adapting to the decision-making processes, shareholder balances, and governance structures specific to each type of client.
We tailor our methods, pace, and deliverables to the realities of each organization: the board of directors of a publicly traded group, the executive committee, senior management, founders and investors of a startup, executives of a regulated institution, and so on.

We tailor our approach to the specific challenges of each structure: governance of listed companies subject to increased transparency, family dynamics within wealth management groups, fund requirements in the context of LBOs, and the balance between financial investors and founders in startups and scale-ups.
